JeugdlinQ is a web-based application in which users can register collaboration data. It is intended for use by the CJG (Centre for Youth and Family), by the district team, and throughout the entire social domain.

In September 2014, JeugdlinQ joined forces with the Topicus Overheid Platform (TOP). As a result, in addition to registration of data relevant for collaboration, it is now also possible to control the budget and resources, using modules developed by the ‘living lab-oost Nederland’.

The TOP/JeugdlinQ application consists of the following modules: Front-office, Case Management, Arrangements, Reporting & Effectiveness and a declaration platform.

JeugdlinQ is used by over 40 municipalities, including large cities such as Rotterdam and The Hague, as well as smaller municipalities, such as Zeist or Sittard-Geleen. CPI was commissioned by Topicus to support the implementation of the TOP at many municipalities.
